The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a three-vehicle accident that killed a 25-year-old woman and sent five other people to the hospital. The accident occurred in Alton on FM 2221, east of Bentsen Palm Dr., Tuesday night. Authorities said a black Ford Expedition, a black Chevrolet Impala, and a white Chevrolet Cavalier were involved in the accident.
